THE CHOICE SIGNAL / GLOSSARY
Words used in the workbook.
Signal
A feeling, preference, concern, or pattern worth noticing. A signal is information, not an order and not a diagnosis.
Noise
Outside pressure, repetition, comparison, urgency, or inherited expectations that can make it harder to hear what fits.
Experiment
A small, reversible action used to learn from personal observation. It is not a test of your worth and does not prove a universal answer.
Prove
In this workbook, “prove” means record what you observed after trying something. It does not mean prove causation or prove that one choice is right for everyone.
Return protocol
A plan for restarting with the smallest next step after life interrupts a change you were trying to make.
